Quick Lease Equipment Financing Program
Designed to provide non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations with quick and easy access to low cost, tax-exempt financing for short-term capital equipment projects between $300,000 - $10,000,000.
Small Sizing Tax-Exempt Financing Program
Focuses on projects, such as financing annual capital budgets, renovating existing facilities, refinancing existing loans and renovations of non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations. Small teams, universal documents and modest issuance cost enable the proceeds to be available quickly and easily and at favorable interest rates.
Tax-Exempt/Taxable Variable Rate Pool
Available to non-profit 501(c)(3) hospitals, colleges, secondary schools and
long-term care providers. A pool can be utilized to finance needs on a tax-exempt or taxable basis and is ideal for institutions that wish to borrow smaller amounts with attractive interest rates.
